Parking Info:
The Hotel provides a group rate for valet parking at an overnight rate of $53 per day per vehicle. Attendees that are just parking for the day will be charged a fee of $48 valet parking fee per day per vehicle.
Cancellation Policy: IMCA Ignite Annual Conference registration cancellations received by IMCA no later than Friday, May 9, 2026 entitle the registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received by Friday, June 6, 2026 will be charged a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 6, 2026. Registrants may transfer their 2026 conference registration to another person at any time. All cancellation or transfer notices must be made in writing.
Photo Release: By registering for the conference you agree that your photo may be used in IMCA promotional video or photo after the conference.
Dress Code: The dress code throughout the conference is Smart Casual: combines well-fitting, polished business wear with elements of casual attire—think blouses, polo shirts, button-downs, chinos, dress pants, dark-wash jeans, and practical footwear.
